About us
Since 1 April 1998 Boerderijcamping Zwinzicht has opened and we have been welcoming guests to our farm for more than 20 years. We are a close family business, where everyone works with a lot of passion and pleasure! Cosiness, an open atmosphere and hospitality are important characteristics for us.
In addition to our campsite, we also have a large amount of sheep, for which we have been organizing 'the lamb days' since 2013. A number of cows, goats, cats, chickens and ducks also scrape around the farm. All these ingredients ensure a personal and varied whole.

Zwinzicht farm campsite is located on the edge of the wooded Gaasterland, between the Fluessen and the Slotermeer.
The beautiful nature reserve 't Zwin is within walking distance, from which the campsite takes its name. The landscape is very surprising; you will find rustling forests, grassy meadows, historic towns, special village views, vast lakes and rolling countryside. Our campsite is therefore located in a National Landscape.

In the months of July and August we offer bread service from the local Frisian bakery. Enjoy delicious, freshly baked bread rolls every morning!

25 Big campingsites
There are two excellent toilet blocks with associated facilities. You can use the showers (without shower tokens), in addition, there is also free hot water at the 3 washing up facilities. There is also a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator and freezer. We also have a wheelchair-friendly toilet with sink and shower. You can also make full use of the recreation room; this room is equipped with many conveniences and of course there is time for a cup of coffee!
For our young guests
The children can play plenty, both inside and outside the farm and enjoy the go-karts, pedal tractors, sandpit, swings, trampoline and of course all the animals that scratch on and around the farm.
In addition, we organize activities for young and old in high season!
Groceries
For your daily needs you can visit the shopping and entertainment center of Balk.
The village is a 10-minute bike ride from our campsite, it is a pleasant village with many attractions.
